My experience? I would be bankrupt without Lux Inbound, or pretty close to it. They are much more than just an online marketing company. If you want to grow, if you're going to roll up your sleeves, put the time in, and most importantly, do what they say, you will get the results they promise.
The great thing about Lux Inbound is that they don't ask you to do anything that you cannot do. ANY dentist can implement their strategies and concepts. But it takes work, you WILL have to open until 7PM. My office had grown to nearly triple the revenue from when I purchased it. Lots of sleepless nights, lots of long hours. That, I believe, is called sweat equity.
So thank you to Lux Inbound: specifically Jayson, Cory, Daniel, and Marie for continually pushing myself, my office, and all of the other offices that you partner with to be the most accessible, and ethical offices we can be.
(I have been with Lux Inbound since the summer of 2016. I will be with them until I no longer am a dentist)
So if you want to grow, give them a call. If you want to sit, be lazy, not grow, and have the typical DDS mindset of being the smartest person in the room, and not needing advice from someone.. give a different company a call.
