WALDMANN PETITPIERRE

The law firm was founded in 1953 by Dr. Jürg Heinz Faesch and Dr. Werner Blumer at the same offices on Market Square. The partnership was soon joined by Dr. Peter Von der Mühll, at which time the law firm also became a notary's office. This trio then worked to together unchanged in composition until Andreas Waldmann entered the firm in 1982. In 1987 they were joined by Dr. Heinz Lukas Faesch, the son of the founder of the firm, who since 2004 has been President of Basel-Stadt Criminal Court.

When Daniel Olstein joined the firm in 1991 the name of wfp Waldmann Faesch & Partner was adopted, which made it the first legal practice in the location to have a company name.

In 2000 and 2004 Bettina Waldmann and Javier Ferreiro joined the firm as Partners. Since than and from 2013 under the name WALDMANN PETITPIERRE Rechtsanwälte & Notare law firm developed as international connected office with traditional roots in Basel. Today we are a team of 10 attorneys / notaries.
