My intervention is oriented on 3 essential axes for an optimal management of your company/business:
ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION
Depending on your needs analysis, I take charge of all or part of the management of your company in collaboration with your trustee, or your external service providers and suppliers (infrastructure, technique) On a renewable mandate, my face-to-face or distance interventions are planned each month according to precise specifications defined with you, according to your objectives.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
In collaboration with Local Search / Swisscom and other specialized partners, I optimize your traditional and digital communication to enable your company / business to perform in terms of visibility on the web and image / reputation. On a renewable mandate, my interventions are organized around a quota of hours determined in advance and readjustable.
LEGAL AND MEDIATION
In first intention and on occasional intervention only, I advise you in legal matters by favoring mediation. During a dispute or disagreement with your customers, suppliers or authorities, I try an amicable approach as a mediator evaluating the various risks involved. If this does not work, I will forward the file to your legal adviser.
OPERATING MODE
Determination of a monthly quota of hours required, on the FirmConsultant and WebConsultant services. Signature of a detailed consulting mandate over a minimum of 1 year, the intensity of my intervention being greater in the first months for the initial organizational set-up (Smoothing of monthly costs over the year). Recording of all my interventions in a detailed report sent at the end of each month by email with the corresponding invoice. Adaptation of the budget as needed, depending on the needs or volume related to the activity of your business / business (increase, extension to other activities or decrease). Travel expenses offered for interventions in the Lausanne region.
