The restaurant Le Dézaley is located in the Niederdorf, right at the foot of the Grossenmünster church.
We are best known for our «best cheese fondue in town». Other Vaud or Swiss specialties such as cabbage sausage, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes or a perch fillet fried in butter make the hearts of non-cheese lovers beat faster.
In addition to the standard menu, we offer seasonally changing dishes such as game or asparagus, and at lunchtime we expand our range with quick and easy menus.
In our wine list you will mainly find wines from the Canton of Vaud, true to the motto:
Le vin se boit au "Le Dézaley", pur le matin, a midi sans eau, le soir comme le bon Dieu l'a fait.
The wine at "Le Dézaley" is drunk, pure in the morning, without water at noon, in the evening as God made it.

The house was first mentioned in the 13th century. The Le Dézaley restaurant has been part of it since 1902.
The facilities have been modernized again and again, but the character and the cozy atmosphere have remained.
