Swissbody® Pilates : Centres in Geneva (Champel and Rive)

The first Swissbody® Pilates Centre was established by Pilates Master, Susan Pepper Arena in 1998 as the first fully-equipped Pilates studio in French-speaking Switzerland. Today, it remains one of Europe’s premier Pilates training facilities.​

Products, services

Private and semi-private Pilates lessons, or Pilates group classes

All new clients should do at least 4 private lessons. Thereafter, you may choose to continue in private lessons, in semi-private lessons (with another person) or to move into a Pilates Matwork group class (maximum 6 people).

Pilates Teacher Training

The Swissbody® Pilates Academy offers a Pilates teacher-training and continual education programme, that ranges from beginner to super advanced level, for Pilates Matwork and Equipment certifications as well as a wide range of workshops, which will help you to evolve into a brilliantly, accomplished and mindful teacher.

What is Pilates ?

Pilates is a method of training the body and mind, which aims to strengthen and lengthen the muscles to form a more balanced and flexible body. Through a series of exercises performed in a slow and controlled way, the mind is literally trained to control the body so that body awareness and coordination are hugely developed.
