Description:

The company was founded in 1972 and has been managed by Paolo Thoma since 1993. It currently employs 130 workers, who carry out daily building site cleaning and cleaning by subscription.

It has state-of-the-art equipment and products in order to offer the best solutions for the customer while respecting the environment. Technical advice, estimates and the study of customised cleaning services are carried out free of charge and do not bind the customer.

Since November 2009, we have held the ISO 9001 certificate, which was successfully renewed in November 2018.

Treatments

The la goccia sa treatment team is undergoing continuous training. Thanks to this, and in collaboration with the company Geal srl, we are able to treat the majority of surfaces, improving their maintenance and durability. We carry out treatments on:

• wood
• stone
• concrete
• terracotta

by protecting them from natural decay and weathering, giving them safe, fast and simple maintenance qualities. Even in the event of significant deterioration, we can offer satisfactory solutions. The treatment and maintenance of linoleum or PVC-covered surfaces is carried out using the most modern and appropriate systems.

The removal of graffiti from porous surfaces such as granite, marble, concrete and the protection against sprayers is carried out using well-tested systems with a very high success rate. In addition, natural stone materials can be protected against weathering, smog and rain.

The Federal Office of Public Health (UFSP) is responsible for issuing permits for the use of rodenticides and insecticides. In compliance with the regulations and in possession of the relevant decision, we carry out targeted pest and vermin control operations throughout the country IN A VERY DISCRETE, EFFICIENT AND GUARANTEED WAY, such as (for more information see menu on the left)

To protect you from the inconvenience caused by birds, we offer electrical and mechanical control systems against bloodless pest. With sophisticated monitoring systems, we protect you from unpleasant and expensive surprises. Thanks to special measures, we can keep all pests and nuisances away at all times: gnats, flies and small insects of various species as well as RATS. Why?

Because rats destroy food by eating it or simply polluting it. They leave behind large quantities of excrement and urine, which can cause serious diseases as well as being a source of further infestation.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting, as incisive as delicate, guarantees a high quality operation on many types of stone, wood, iron, stone, etc., thanks to the different types of granules sprayed onto the surface to be treated at variable pressure.

The possibility of working dry allows almost total recovery of the residues while respecting the environment. This system is particularly suitable for: removing graffiti, restoring particularly damaged stone floors and stairs, restoring wooden structures cleaning stone or concrete walls etc.

Rental of aerial platforms

Aerial platforms are an excellent alternative to cumbersome scaffolding, they are fast and can go almost anywhere. Thanks to our organisation, we can supply you directly to the place of use the following platforms:

Our operators have the relevant qualification for use (recommended by SUVA) issued by the IPAF (International Federation of Motorised Aircraft Access Equipment), as well as the relevant training as a demonstrator.

For direct use with your own personnel, Swiss legislation requires adequate training. We therefore recommend courses recognised by Suva.

Hygiene - Anti-Covid daily behaviour!

We scrupulously adopt basic rules:

• in case of fever or symptoms of illness (respiratory disorders, cough and fever) we stay at home and immediately inform our supervisor
• before going to a doctor or health facility we contact them first by phone or fax.
• we wash our hands regularly with liquid soap and rub them thoroughly for at least 30 seconds
• cough and sneeze into a handkerchief or into the crook of the elbow
• only use paper tissues for blowing our noses and throw them into a container with a lid
• keep a distance of at least two metres and wear a mask
• refrain from handshakes and hugs
• do not touch our noses, mouths or eyes
