Demeter and organic is our challenge and passion. Every year many tons of grain are baked with artisan heart and soul to valuable organic products in our bakery "Stubenloo".

- On 18 March 1982 opening of our confectionery-confectionery in Zurich
- Conflict between our way of life and the confectionery, moved us to switch to organic.
- In 1984 we went to Berlin to the stronghold of the "Körnlipicker".
- Back home we put the matured into action and immediately!
- 1987 the bakery was bursting at the seams, we moved to Maur.
- 2001 we moved to Oetwil am See in a former milk hut, our extraordinary "  
    Sales counter" enjoys ever greater popularity.
-We are a fully certified organic bakery, for organic and Demeter.
 
It is very important for us to produce good and tasty breads and bakery products, which we still bake with a lot of dedication and joy.
