Lavaux Expérience
Out on the vineyard terraces, with their breathtaking views of the lake, the vines and the mountains, you will have the opportunity to find out all about the winegrower’s work through the changing seasons and to spend around 1 hour putting your newly acquired knowledge into practice.
Then afterwards among our oak barrels in the cellars and in our wine vault you can taste the wines from the domaine, accompanied by local dishes typical of our region.
To conclude this viticultural experience you will receive three bottles of Domaine Christophe Chappuis wine and a certificate as evidence of your work in the vineyard or the cellars, in an unique site renowned for its beauty and its winegrowing tradition and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.

DÉZALEY GRAND CRU "AMBROISIE"
Ambroisie signifie la nourriture des dieux. Ceux-ci ne se sont pas trompés en veillant sur le vignoble du Dézaley. Ce rouge est un assemblage de différents cépages qui ont besoin de beaucoup de chaleur tels que la syrah et le merlot. L’ « Ambroisie » est un vin très structuré, aux arômes de fruits noirs et d’épices. Il accompagne à merveille une bonne viande, la chasse ou des fromages bien faits. Très bon potentiel de garde !
GRAND CRU LA GUENIETTAZ
La Gueniettaz est une parcelle extrêmement bien située. Elle se trouve à côté du Clos-des-Abbayes, domaine de la Ville de Lausanne. Tendre, racé, ce vin vous enchantera par sa finesse, sa longueur et son équilibre. Son terroir particulier et subtil en fait un vin de grande classe. Il accompagne à merveille de nombreux poissons ou des fromages.
