• Telephone registration required for consultation
• At the first appointment or changing health insurance company:  Take your health insurance card (& ID card) with you
• New general medical patients in the family doctor model: inform the health insurance company (Dr. Aschwanden, Psyfriends GmbH, new family doctor)
• New psychiatric patient in the family doctor model: referral by family doctor necessary
